Product Features
RECIPE: VANILLA EGG-FREE SPONGE CAKE
Golden Dipt EF Vanilla Cake Premix: 1000 g, Water: 500 g, Refined Oil: 50 g, Golden Dipt, Vanilla Flavour: 2–3 g (or as required)
METHOD:
- Take a mixing bowl with whisk attachment.
- Add water, Golden Dipt Vanilla Flavour, and Golden Dipt EF Vanilla Cake Premix. Mix for 1–2 minutes at slow speed.
- Scrape once. Mix for 3–4 minutes at high speed.
- Add oil while mixing at slow speed until properly folded into batter.
- Scale the batter and bake at 165°C for 25–30 minutes or until done.
